The old sauna heater has finally given up the ghost and needs to be replaced. It's been around since the squash courts were added in the late 1970's.
We have been able to work with the National Sport Trust Fund (NSTF) to establish this fundraising campaign to qualify for tax receipts to be issued for any donations over $10. The campaign runs from Oct 16, 2023 to May 31, 2024.
How to Donate
Donations can be by credit card or cheque. In either case you must submit the electronic donation form. Once you Click/Tap the "DONATE" curling rock graphic (at the bottom of this page) you will be taken to the NSTF donation form. Follow these steps.
If you are not comfortable filling out these types of on-line forms contact the office and we will fill it out for you.
1. Fill in your donation amount (must be $10.01 or greater)
2. Select "Smiths Falls Curling & Squash Club (Repair and refurbish Sauna...)" from the pull-down menu
Then fill in your information. Be accurate as this is the information for your tax receipt.
3. Your E-Signature is next. Click/Tap on the yellow arrow. Then using either your mouse (desktop/laptop) or your finger/stylus (tablet or mobile) draw your signature (yes, it will probably be messy). To try again, you can erase your signature by clicking the UNDO LAST STROKE button that will appear just below the signature line.
4. Select your method of payment. For credit card fill in your details.
NOTE: If you are paying with a cheque you will receive an email with instructions as to where to send your cheque. When sending cheques, put the project number (303) in the memo area on the cheque and send it with the email printed out. If you do not receive the email, check your spam/junk folder. If you use gmail, check your PROMOTIONS tab in your gmail account.
The address is: NSTF-Ontario, 100-875 Morningside Avenue, Toronto, ON M1C 0C7. The cheque is to be made out to "NSTF-Ontario"
5. Then select the appropriate checkboxes.
6. Click/Tap the SUBMIT button.
That's it. Your donation will be credited to Smiths Falls Curling & Squash Club for the replacement of the Sauna Heater and Lighting.
